By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Service
Clarify Headlight Restoration provides professional mobile headlight restoration throughout Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.
Prices start from £60 per pair, with final pricing depending on the condition of the headlights and travel distance where applicable.
3. Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise before the appointment.
We accept cash and bank transfer.
5. Results
We always aim to achieve the best possible restoration.
However, the final result depends on the condition of the headlights before work begins.
Deep scratches, internal damage, cracked lenses, moisture inside the headlight, previous poor repairs or failed coatings may limit the final finish.
6. Ceramic Protection
Every restoration includes a professional ceramic coating to help protect the restored surface.
The longevity of the coating depends on weather conditions, vehicle use and ongoing maintenance.
7. Warranty
We provide a 6-month warranty against coating failure or premature oxidation following our restoration process.
The warranty does not cover:
- Stone chips
- Road debris damage
- Accidents
- Impact damage
- Vandalism
- Chemical damage
- Improper cleaning
- Existing internal defects or moisture within the headlight
Warranty claims may require photographs or an inspection before any remedial work is carried out.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
- Safe access to the vehicle.
- The vehicle is legally parked.
- A suitable working area is available.
- The headlights are free from excessive dirt before arrival.
9. Liability
Clarify Headlight Restoration is fully insured.
Whilst every care is taken during the restoration process, we cannot accept responsibility for existing defects, previous repairs or hidden damage that becomes apparent during restoration.
10. Photographs
We may take before-and-after photographs of completed work for use on our website and social media.
Vehicle registration numbers and any personal information will be obscured where appropriate.
Please let us know before work begins if you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed.
11. Changes
Clarify Headlight Restoration reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
